Online Exchange/Return Policy
If you change your mind about a garment, it can be exchanged as long as we receive the garment back within 14 days, the garment is clean and unworn, and all original tags are attached. We are also happy to refund the sale.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you have a garment you wish to return or exchange.
Mitchell Vincent Collection, pride ourselves on providing our customers with original and quality pieces. However, occasionally faulty garments slip through unnoticed. In accordance with the Consumer Guarantee’s Act, when a faulty garment is returned to us, accompanied with a proof of purchase, we will consider repairing or replacing the item with a reasonable amount of time, before choosing to refund the sale. Please note: if a garment is purchased as a part of a Sample Sale or labeled a sample at Mitchell Vincent Pop Up Stores, these garments are considered one-off pieces and are discounted due to that fact.
Terms and Conditions
Sales items may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty, all sales of discounted items are final.
The item being refunded will be refunded by the original form of payment.
Sample garments sold at our Pop Up or Workroom sales are to be considered a one off garment. All faults and fabric changes are because of the garments being labeled a sample. Samples can not be replaced or exchanged as it is a one off sample item as labeled on swing tag.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the original item is deemed faulty. Repaired/replacement items will be sent out at our expense.
Once items have been sent from our workroom followed by our order confirmation, responsible for shipping is no longer in control of us. Please contact the postage company that was named on your confirmation email for future information.
Items returned for exchange/refund will be processed within 5 working days of being received.
Items deemed faulty will be repaired, replaced or refunded within 10 working days of being received.
